Terms and Conditions

PRICING: DTI serves the wholesale market only. Call us Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM for current pricing and availability. Discounts may be offered on larger orders.

SHIPPING: All shipments are FOB from the point of departure at DTI in Pine Mountain, Georgia. Pricing may vary due to the availability of contract hauling. Call for estimates. Diversified Trees can assist with some local and regional deliveries on smaller orders.

PICK UP ORDERS: DTI welcomes those customers who prefer to pick up their own orders. Please give advance notice when possible so that we can have your order pulled and ready for loading. Pick up customers must provide their own packing and strapping materials. DTI does not provide tarps and other shipping materials.

PAYMENT: For customers with an established credit with DTI all payments are net 30 days from the date of the invoice. All new customers need to file a credit application with DTI and should plan to make a 50% deposit prior to shipping, the balance due upon delivery. All overdue accounts are subject to a 1.5% service charge per month after 30 days past due.

GUARANTEES: DTI guarantees our stock to be vigorous, healthy, and true to name as sold. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Claims for shortages, damaged material, or otherwise unsatisfactory products should be noted on the shipping ticket at the time of delivery, and a call placed to (706) 663-0300 within 24 hours. The customer must hold the plant material under dispute and make it available for our inspection should we require it.

CANCELLATIONS: If a customer must cancel an order, please notify DTI at least three days prior to the agreed upon ship date. Any last minute cancellations made after the plant material has been pulled from the field will be subject to a 20% restock fee.
